A complete facelift by Julian Schnabel created a Renaissance revival of opulence, bold colors and artwork by such luminaries as Basquiat, Damien Hurst and Keith Haring. Dine at Danny Meyer’s Italian Mailino, dress as if it’s a first date to get into exclusive Rose Bar and feel special unlocking the private gate of Gramercy Park.
