Take a ride to Paia, Maui’s coolest beach town. It was raining so I got to shop and eat pizza at Flatbread Company. Using a primative oversized wood oven, they serve not only outrageous pizza but wonderful organic salads as well.
Restaurant Tip: Market Fresh Bistro in Makawao. Find of the trip. Dine at hidden off road gem. Chef owner Justin Pardo fashions locally sourced ingredients into meals worthy of his past experience in the kitchens of Daniels and Tabla in NYC. Worth the drive.
