The grass always looks greener or so you think. If you are married you want to be single (freedom, no curfew) if single, being married looks good (you have a  New Year’s date!) Single or Married, wherever you are in life – it is always a challenge!

The Single girl… You need to provide all your emergency phone numbers to a friend – otherwise you fear you could have a heart attack and no one would know… or make it easy, just date an ER Doc – he’s used to the 24 hour shift. Another option- firemen …. isn’t that why we have 911? They are cute, young, and always make you feel better!

The Married Girl…Has to hide her new shopping purchases in the trunk of the car or send them to a girlfriend’s house! Will he even notice it’s new anyway?

Looking Good

It’s impossible to be ready to go out at 5:30!  Who goes out that early? Work all day, feed your child (will running to Melt for a home cooked meal constitute cooking?) find time to shower, use dry shampoo, go into wardrobe distress and leave while it’s still daylight! Easier for the single girl to go out at 10:00 PM. Don’t we all look better at night?
